Terms of use for Interior Design AE
The terms below apply to every reader of Interior Design AE, and a reader who continues to use the site accepts them. The terms cover what the content is for, who owns the content, what may be quoted, and the limits of the site's responsibility.
What the content is for
The site publishes general reference material about interior design, fit-out costs, approvals, regulations and climate in the United Arab Emirates. The articles do not constitute design, engineering, legal, tax or financial advice for a specific project, and no article creates a client relationship between the reader and the editorial team. A fit-out or renovation in the UAE requires a consultant and contractor licensed by the authority that governs the plot, and the figures on this site are a starting point for questions to those professionals, not a substitute for their advice.
Accuracy and dates
Every article dates its figures and links to the source each one came from. Tariffs, fees, regulations and prices in the UAE change, and a figure is accurate as of the date stated in the sentence that uses it. The reader is responsible for checking the current value with the issuing authority or supplier before relying on it.
Copyright and quotation
The text, tables and image captions on Interior Design AE are the copyright of Interior Design AE, 2026. A reader may quote up to 200 words or one table from an article with a visible attribution that names Interior Design AE and links to the article. Reproduction of a whole article, systematic copying of the site, or use of the content to train a commercial product without permission is not allowed. Figures quoted from government publications, standards, tariff pages and data sheets remain the property of their publishers, and each article links to the original page.

The editorial team checked each linked page at the time of writing but does not control those pages and is not responsible for their content, availability or later changes.
Limitation of liability
The publisher provides the site without charge and without any warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
