The Interior Design AE editorial team reads every message sent to info@interior-design.ae.org. Email is the only contact channel; the site has no contact form, no telephone line and no social media accounts.

What the editorial team answers

The team answers four kinds of message: corrections to a published figure, requests for the source of a specific claim, requests to reuse a table or a passage, and questions about a topic the site has not yet covered. A correction message that names the article, the sentence and the replacement source receives a reply after the source has been checked, and the article is updated with a visible update date if the correction is accepted.

What the editorial team does not answer

The team does not provide design, engineering, legal or cost advice for an individual project, does not recommend or introduce contractors, and does not respond to offers of paid placement, link exchange or sponsored content. Messages of those kinds are not answered.

Response time

The team aims to reply to corrections and source requests within ten working days, counted on the UAE working week of Monday to Friday. Messages received during UAE public holidays are answered after the holiday.
